Phone Support Specialist

We are looking to hire full-time and part-time phone support center specialists at our Overland Park, KS office. You will learn about the Menufy infrastructure, IT and the restaurant industry with an opportunity to grow into managerial and sales positions.

Responsibilities

  • Taking and placing support calls to/from client restaurants and customers ordering food online
  • Using Zendesk ticketing support software system
  • Making changes to the restaurant websites and menus through the Menufy system

Requirements

  • Interpersonal skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Fluent English
  • Mandarin Chinese is a plus
  • Restaurant operations knowledge is a plus
